My background combines years of experience in cattle health care, complex problem-solving, and business consulting with deep expertise in strategy, management, and the economics of animal health. I operate at the intersection of herd health, leadership, and long-term business performance.
I help farmers step back and see the bigger picture: identify production and management bottlenecks, clarify priorities, and build realistic, long-term plans grounded in both biology and economics. I also coach entrepreneurs and managers in strengthening leadership, people management, and everyday decision-making.
In my work, I use tools such as the SimHerd program to model the economic impact of animal health decisions. Pinehill comes from my home place, Mäntymäki, and represents strong roots, vitality, and long-term growth — the foundation on which my work and business are built.
